multiple authors

I recently published an iBook and am waiting for it to be reviewed. When I look at the metadata in the iBooks Store though, it only shows my name as the author. I added two other classmates who wrote the book with me. Although they were not the primary author, they should be included too. Can anyone tell me how make their names appear in the metadata for the book?
