Have a look at this discussion what it is for and get some more ideas here about how you can change it to suit your requirements. Both discussions took place quite some time ago, but the essentials remain the same.

To open the terminal: hold down the CMD (Command) key and then press the Spacebar. In the Spotlight window that opens, type T E R M for the it to find Terminal. Double click on Terminal to open the teminal for entering command line scripts. You can now type or copy and paste your script in there. You will have to authenticate with your admin password. You dont have to have any fear. Much more complicated tasks are performed with your Mac everyday. The opposite of the command is to change the FALSE to TRUE if you want to change it back.

Three important things that you will have to remember if you choose to go this route. First one is that you will now not have root access or any guest access to your system. Secondly the change might only be possible after you have disabled SIP on the system. Thirdly you have to consider your security where your login name will be known to all.

    From the Apple support article.

How to disable the root user

    OS X Lion and later

    1. From the Apple menu choose System Preferences.
    2. From the View menu choose Users & Groups.
    3. Click on the lock and authenticate with an administrator account.
    4. Click Login Options.
    5. Click the Edit button or Join button.
    6. Click the Open Directory Utility button.
    7. Click the lock in the Directory Utility window.
    8. Enter an administrator account name and password, then click OK.
    9. Choose Disable Root User from the Edit menu.

Validate means to type in your password as the prompt said. It will then execute the command and write the script. It is a security feature to warn you that what you do will have an effect on the system. Until you've validated, it will not be done. Remember to restart afterwards.
