Why can't I change my region/country for Apple ID???? It says that I have to use ALL of my store credit if I want to change it?!? Do they expect me to waste $150 on music and apps all at once???? Please help me

That is how it works. You can contact iTunes Support to see if they can help you with this, but until your account is zeroed out, you cannot change the store. The currency may not be the same....

In practice even if you do move countries you may prefer to keep your original country for store purchases. Updating apps acquired via multiple stores involves signing in and out of each store in turn. There is certainly no reason to switch while you still have credit that you can use.

Note that you are only allowed to use a country's store where you are resident and if you have a valid method of payment registered in that country. You cannot change stores while you have credit in the store of your current country or any active subscriptions.
