The resource below will provide general troubleshooting steps for the error you are receiving when trying to make an in-app purchase for a game on the iTunes Store. Were the first items you downloaded free? Could there be an issue with the billing on your iTunes Store account? If so, I'll include information on updating your payment information. I'll include a link to the iTunes Store Support for you, but you may also want to take a look at the website of the game developer for more information.
