Woke up this morning to find all my health data gone. I am using IOS 9.2.1 on an iPhone 6s. I would like someone from Apple to answer this and tell me how to get my data back and what Apple are going to do about this annoying issue..

I understand that you are missing health data on your iPhone and would like to recover it. I wouldn’t be able to speculate as to why the data is gone, but If you are backing up your iPhone to either iTunes or iCloud, you can restore your iPhone from that backup and recover your health data.
The articles below show that health data is backed up in both places, iTunes and iCloud.
