13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi

I live in Canada and I can see that the movie 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi in french can be pre-ordered. Why can't I pre-order the English version? There seems to be a tight lip on this movie? It was only released in Canada for the first 3 weeks in January 2016 and pulled from the theatres, never had a chance to see it. Any ideas? Thanks

Try contacting the film studio/rights-holder and see if they have any plans to release an English version in the Canadian store.

You could also try requesting it via iTunes, but unless the studio/rights-holder agrees to it (and gives Apple an English-language version of it), it can't happen : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
