Q: Texting

I am sending a text message to 1 person. The recipient told me that his phone shows it was sent to a group. My phone clearly shows just his contact on the "to" line.

iPhone 5, iOS 9.2.1

    Sounds as if the problem is on his end. Some older phones register messages from iPhones as MMS or group messages. I haven't seen it in a while but, as I recall, there's nothing to be done about it. Unless, of course, you want to buy your friend a new phone.

    Meg, Thank you. That was my thought,too.  The recipient is my brother and I was sending him a Happy Birthday text and he insisted that I did not know how to use my phone.
