Q: iPhone 6s network connection?

So basically I don't know what is wrong with my iPhone 6s, i was suspicious that it was being weird so I compared it with my iPhone 5s and my iPhone 5s is so much faster at loading up things on the same Wifi network AND with the same sim card. My main problem is my Wifi calling, you know how the "EE WifiCall" text would appear in the top left corner if you have it turned on? Well it doesn't appear there anymore. It used to work fine and i think either after an iOS update or just out of the blue it started acting like this. Can someone please help me because i really need to figure out why my iPhone is doing this!

wifi calling is a carrier feature - so contact them to resolve your issue.

You made no mention of your wifi doesn't work properly, I not sure what you mean by that, so here a link for you

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

What did your phone carrier say when you called them about wifi calling?

They said there might be something wrong with my iPhone and there's nothing they can do because the SIM is fine on their end.

They said the SIM is fine on their end.

And my data has now ran out on my SIM so my wifi is literally really important to me now. THe wifi network works on all of my other devices, 5S, Macbook Pro, iPod, iPad, Xbox, Ps4, PC. So i don't know what's wrong with my 6S, and i've also tried resetting the network settings, even restoring it and that didn't help!
