You are not talking to Apple. This is a user to user forum. Beyond that, Apple has no say in which emojis are added. Its up to the Unicode Consortium's Emoji subcommittee.

They are in charge of introducing emojis to the ASCII standard.

Apple only makes them available when the Consortium adds them to the Emoji standard.

That emoji is scheduled to be released as part of Unicode 9.0 in mid-2016. Wait for it to come out.
