Q: Getting albums from Photos into iPhone or iPad

I used to know how to do this easily but I think things have changed. I'd like to select a handful of Albums out of Photos and into my iPhone and iPad. I sued to be able to go into iTunes and select the album in Photos. I can't seem to do that. Any ideas?
