iPhone 6s plus Bluetooth constantly reconnecting to 2015 Mercedes-Benz C300

I have an iPhone 6s Plus Bluetooth that constantly disconnecting and reconnecting to my 2015 Mercedes-Benz C300. This is occurring when using Bluetooth to connect for phone calls as well as Bluetooth audio. It also occurs when using Bluetooth for phone calls and the USB connection for audio.


Looking at the iPhone 6S Plus console logs, these are the messages I am seeing (sorted by message, not event order):
