problems with privacy settings iPhone

I have iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1.

Apps which made request for access to contacts don't appear in settings>privacy>contacts. I can't change privacy settings for contacts.

How to solve a problem?

  • Check to see if you have Restrictions turned On and if so what the settings are for Contacts (Settings App > General > Restrictions).
  • Try a forced restart: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the restart.
  • Consider a Restore: Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
