Doesn't accept passwords to certain accounts

This is something strange. I cannot google solution to this.

Providing support to a client remotely, restrictions apply.

Model Name: iMac
Model Identifier: iMac14,1
System Version: OS X 10.10.5 (14F1605)
Kernel Version: Darwin 14.5.0
Boot Volume: 54$à/102.3021/é.Macintosh HD
Boot Mode: Normal

No FileVault

User 501 Christine can login with his pass

User 502 Julian T - problematic

User 503 Molly - can login with his pass

User 504 - standard type, don't know about it

User 505 Jack - can login with his pass

User 506 test - problematic

Don't have info about why and after what this happened. We could not login to 502, password was not accepted. It was reset via recovery mode (changed to blank).

We can now login to account just by clicking on it's icon.

After changing the password in Account the problem reappeared. We had to do that again.

Created a new test account with 1234 password.

Turning on the computer. Trying to login to test account fails as password is not accepted.

If I login to 502 acc and then fast user switch to test (without logging) out it accepts password.

If the 502 user is not currently logged in, you cannot login to the users created after the problem appeared.

I have a feeling that there's a chance this is related to the keyboard layout.

When we were resetting password in recovery mode, user had to try keys one-by-one because it was typing other symbols (french or smth, c has swiss french layout in the 502 acc).

Sorry for messed info, I am confused as well. Will try to add details later.
