Q: cannot export iCal

I use iCal to schedule Post Production for a television show.  (I used to use Now-Up-To-Date but those golden days are over.)  The rest of my company uses Google calendar.  Every time I try to export my calendar in order to share it on Google I get this prompt

Anybody know how I share this calendar on Google? The Genius Bar at my local Apple Store was no help.
