Q: com.apple.ImageCapture Core Error -9931

I am using an HP Officejet 4620 with a Mac 0S X 10.7. The printer will still print from the computer but when I try to scan a document using the scan option I get the above error message. The other time I try scanning the scanner also says Scanner busy - try again later. The printer also won't photocopy. Any suggestions to fix it or is it time to get a new printer?

Try reseting your printing system, as per > Reset the printing system on your Mac - Apple Support
