Q: Where do i find someone to talk to about an error apple has made on my photo book?

I recently brought 2 photo books from Apple, 1 was fine all photos and writing there, the other had all the photos but none of the writing. I have looked on the apple website and under the support link the provide when it arrives but i have no way to tell someone they didn't print the book right and see what they can do to help fix it. Any ideas on where i can find someone to talk to about this.

In the order confirmation email you received there is a link for support

or the refunds and returns section for yoru country - http://www.apple.com/shop/help/print_products/routing although that is a bit generic

Did you preview the books according to this Apple document before ordering: Preview a print project in Photos, iPhoto, or Aperture to avoid issues - Apple Support.

Was the text in the PDF file?
