Would really appreciate some advice on this one guys!
I have to deliver my first feature film to a distribution company and they have asked for it to be exported as ProRes422 HQ with a bit rate of 180-220 mb/s, depending on the framerate. I know that the target bitrate of ProRes422 HQ is 220mb/s.
Every time I export the film it comes out under 180mb/s and I cant get it over that line for the life of me. I have tried exporting it in FCP7 with all the settings maxed, tried in Premiere Pro CC with all the settings maxed, tried converting it in MPEG streamclip - still the resulting videos are under 180mb/s bitrate.
Can anyone shed some light on why this might be happening?
