iPad will not connect to internet at home but works fine elsewhere

My iPad works fine everywhere else to access the internet, but at home will not work since changing to ATT verse. Wifi is connected and appears to be on. I can get onto Facebook and apps, but will not load any content from the internet.

I have called them twice and they changed a setting on their end, but only works for an hour or so, then reverts back.

I have reset to factory settings, but no luck. The only thing I can find that alerts me is the wifi address under general is different than the address present when I click on the wifi itself under information. I cannot find a way to change the address under general to match the address listed for the wifi.

Please help!

Hi slow jog,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your iPad and your home router/internet service provider. I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing with regard to the WiFi address, or what settings ATT may have changed when you called them, but you may find the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

You may also want to double-check (either yourself or with ATT) if your router is currently configured as outlined in this article:
