Epson Surecolor P600 printer problem

I have a problem with my Epson Surecolor P600 printer. Epson support are blaming my MAC! I want to print a panorama on roll paper but the printer scales down the image to A3. I am an experienced user of Epson printers, custom sizes are set, no scaling is set. Is it possible that the mac is causing the issue?

thanks

if you have the latests driver downloaded from epson site and it happen also when you print from non apple made programs then I fail to see OS X intercepting the printing job from the app to the epson driver and changing what should be printed

if you don't use the latests epson driver then you likely use whatever printer epson gave apple to include in OS X at one point in time that could be out dated if they have not given a new one since, or it could be their printer just don't have propper support for the version of OS X you are running this is the same for some older printer models

Thanks Rudegar, drivers are the version that Epson support recommended. Happens in all apps, PS, pdf, Preview etc. Printer is excellent in all other respects but Epson are definitely trying hard to wriggle out of this one. Unhelpful quote from their level 3 support "They have been unable to replicate the issue on their side confirming there is no known problem with the printer, driver or software and that this will more than likely be something on the computer causing the conflict." I do not believe that they have actually tried to print as per my problem. It has taken me three months just to get this "****er off" response.
