Q: can no longer find itunes match on phone

I received an error message this morning when trying to listen to music.  It said my account had expired and I needed to go on a computer to renew.  I have automatic renewal and it renewed in November.  I no longer can find anywhere on my phone to turn on iTunes match.....and it won't turn on on my computer either.  All playlists, except for purchased music is gone.  All songs are available on phone, including those that I hadn't taken from iTunes match before.

    Hello mdybls,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I see that you are unable to find iTunes Match on your iPhone. I would take a look at the following:

If you can’t see your iTunes Match library on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If your iTunes Match library is missing, restart your iOS device

If you still can't see it after the restart:

    1. Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.

      1. Go to Settings > Music.
      2.
      3. Turn off iCloud Music Library.
      4.
      5. Close Settings.
      6.
      7. Go to Settings > Music.
      8.
      9. Turn on iCloud Music Library.
    2. Sign out of iTunes and then sign back in.
