Q: My Video clips not in iCloud photos why?

MY personal videos are not uploading to iCloud why would that happen I use these in my slide shows but can not find them in iCloud, I use a Windows 10  desk top I have downloaded the icloud program it shows all the pictures in iCloud but no videos. What kind of junk program has Apple made. I paid good money for the iPad Air 2 now it's a non performing item, because of apples coding. That's crap. For a $500.00. Pad. Maybe Samsung works better. I am really disgusted with this iPad and iCloud any one have an answer by the way turning on video all items switch did nothing. Any one please?

    Hello Manniepokey,

It sounds like you are trying to access videos you're looking for videos that you're expecting to have been downloaded via the iCloud for Windows application but cannot find them, and all you see are photos. That sounds like you have Photo Stream enabled but not iCloud Photo Library. Photo Stream does not support video according to the following article:

    My Photo Stream FAQ

My Photo Stream supports JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and most RAW photo formats. My Photo Stream doesn't work with video.

So based on the information here it seems like you need to turn on iCloud Photo Library and this article will help you do that:

Set up and use iCloud Photo Library on your Windows PC
