    Mac Pro the desktop computer? Please specify what machine you are using.

    Also how are you trying to connect to the Projector? Do you use a thunderbolt to DVI, VGA or HDMI adapter or a USB-C to DVI, VGA or HDMI adapter.

    Please give us more details on your problem.

    thank you.

    i using Mac pro thunderbolt to VGA, I plug in the cable and no signal in projector.

    Does the thunderbotl to VGA adapter you use work when you connect it to something else like a monitor? and can you connect another computer to the projector?

    Just to rule out any problems with the adaptor or projector itself.
