i cannot get my music i backe up in icloud to download to my new phone. what do i need to do?

I recently backed up my old Iphone 6 plus to icloud. I received a new phone and am trying to download all my music i had backed up on icloud to my new iphone 6 plus. Its running ios 9.2.1. Does it have to stay on wi-fi to restore everything off of icloud? I'm new to this iphone thing so i need help.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.2.1
