Problème avec le rideau d'écran sur IPAD

Bonjour,

Je suis mal voyant et j'ai un problème avec le rideau d'écran.

A l'activation de Voice Over, le rideau d'écran est automatiquement activer.

Normalement pour le désactiver, il faut taper trois fois avec trois doigts. Seulement, sur mon IPAD, quand je tape trois fois avec trois doigts c'est l'énonciation qui se désactive ou s'active. Il m'est impossible de désactiver le rideau d'écran quand Voice Over est actif.


La dernière version de l'IOS 9.2.1 est installée.

J'ai réinitialisé l'Ipad et rien ne change.


Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider?

Is is possible that zoom is also enabled your iPad? If it is, try to use a 3 finger quadruple tap to disable the screen curtain.


If zoom is not enabled try:

  1. Holding the sleep/wake and home button until the Apple logo appear, or 15-20 seconds.
  2. If you still cannot remove the screen curtain, I would recommend resetting the settings on the iPad. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. This will turn VoiceOver off, but you can then use iTunes to turn VoiceOver back on. VoiceOver should turn back on without the screen curtain automatically enabled. Use Accessibility features in iOS - Apple Support


Est-il possible que le zoom est également activé votre iPad ? Dans ce cas, vous devez utiliser un robinet quadruple 3 doigt pour désactiver le rideau d'écran .
essayer si le zoom est pas activé :
1. Tout en maintenant le bouton Marche / Veille et la maison jusqu'à ce que le logo Apple apparaisse , ou 15-20 secondes.
2. Si vous ne pouvez toujours pas supprimer le rideau d'écran , je recommande de réinitialiser les paramètres sur l'iPad . Réglages> Général > Réinitialiser> Réinitialiser tous les réglages . Cela transforme VoiceOver off , mais vous pouvez ensuite utiliser iTunes pour mettre VoiceOver en marche. VoiceOver devrait tourner le dos sans le rideau d'écran automatiquement activé .Utiliser les fonctionnalités d’accessibilité sous iOS - Assistance Apple

Merci Beaucoup.

J'ai pu supprimer le rideau d'écran en réinitalisant les reglages. Mais l'action de taper 4 fois avec 3 doigts n'a rien fait.

j'avais déjà essayer les autres solutions que vous proposez mais sans succès.

Thank you very much.

I was able to remove the screen curtain by resetting the settings. But the action of typing 4 times with 3 fingers did nothing.

I had to try other solutions you provide but without success.
