How do I setup wireless printing to Espon xp 320?

The Epson XP-320 printer is AirPrint compatible, which means Apple has drivers for it. When you say you "downloaded the driver", hopefully it came from here:

Epson Printer Drivers v3.2 for OS X

This explains how to set up your printer. Presumably it is visible on the same Wi-Fi network as your Mac.
