How to move information from iWatch to iPhone

That's not possible. What account were her contacts synced to. All of my contacts, for example are synced to my Gmail account. All I have to do is log back into Gmail and they're downloaded to my phone. Are you sure she wasn't using iCloud?

Yes, that's correct.

Whatever the long story is about why you're wife isn't backing up her data, you might want to consider getting that resolved. There are lots of experienced folks in the iPhone and iCloud forums who should be able to get you up and running if it's a technical problem. She can also back up using iTunes on her computer.

I archive my text messages on my Mac using PhoneView. It makes nice PDFs of my texts which I find much more pleasant to read than constantly "Loading more" on my phone. I can't put them back on the phone in the event they're lost but at least I have them. TouchCopy is another option and also has a Windows version.
