I've created a shared stream of photos and videos of my iPhone4 camera roll which can now be seen on my new iPhone6 and iPad. If I restore my iPhone4 to factory settings, will the photos still be visible on my other devices?

Is there an easier way to transfer my iPhone4 camera roll photos onto my new iPhone6. Because of the difference in iOS (7.1.2 for iPhone4 and 9.2.1 for iPhone6) I'm having problem transferring these.

you should be able to use your icloud or iTunes backup to restore to your new phone.
IF that doesn't work.
then import pics from 4 to your computer Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer - Apple Support
then sync your new phone to iTunes Sync photos from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes - Apple Support
