Trimm Clips/Graphics/Behaviors

Basic Motion question I guess:

My timeline is 3 Seconds Every time I insert something its longer.

So I grab the Clip/Graphic/Behavior shift it to the left till I reach the end so that I can trimm the endpoint. This can't be it.

And also changing the duration of the project to something longer is not really a solution.

Wasn't there a “trimm to timeline lenght” keystroke?
