Feb 24, 2016 1:13 PM in response to RBTSB7241981by Baby Boomer (USofA),What did the Apple support staff have you do to resolve the problem???
If you are still under warranty and/or have AppleCare, the techs will stay on the phone w/you until the matter is resolved or recommend to bring your comp in for service. Since you have an iMac, you are entitled to onsite service.
If you are unsatisfied w/the techs suggestions, you need to either escalate the matter or ask to be transferred to Customer Relations.
