I have used iTunes for 15 years. I believe some of my library was purchased under different user names. If I can prove to Apple that I have been associated with the same email address since 1990, can I find out what other usernames I may have used and forgotten? Many of my songs appear with an exclamation mark in front of them after changing from Windows XP to 8.1. Thank you.
Here is how!
Just visit this link below and enter in your info and all of the email addresses you have ever had.
Then if it shows one exists you can do the forgot password on that email address!

That exclamation mark means that iTunes can't find the file. It doesn't have anything to do with the the account the song was purchased under.
