I have forgotten the answers to my Apple ID security settings and when I login I am unable to change the questions as it keeps asking for the answers to the original questions before I can change them.
You need to ask Apple’s Account Security team to reset your security questions. To contact them, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.
