Firefox iCloud Bookmarks AddOn is crashing my browser (FF 44,43,42)

The iCloud Bookmarks AddOn for Firefox is crashing my browser, FF 44 32-bit on Win7 x64.

I've been trying to downgrade FF to 43, 42, but to no avail. I also disabled all other extensions and used it on a new profile, still it instantaneously crashed the browser once enabled. I disabled the AddOn some weeks or months ago, and try to re-enable it to get my bookmarks synced again.

Are there any advanced repair instructions I could try?
