Q: iCal print appointment end time.

Hello, everyone.

I need an answer for this problem I have encountered with some urgency and would really appreciate any help you can offer and share.

How can I print iCal in month view and have both the beginning and ending times of appointments be printed ? I have tried but so far I have only been able to get the beginning time to print but not the ending time.

Thank you in advance.

Setting up a list formatted print of this month's (or any month's) appointments works for me.  It shows the start and end time of all appointments.

Change your File > Print settings as shown here:

    Hi, sberman.

Thank you for your help and prompt rely.

Great tip and I will certainly keep it for future reference but it doesn't solve the problem I have now. I really need to print the calendars for a period of 18 months and they must be printed using the 'Month' view. I need to print appointments with both begin and end times. I also need to print notes associated with these appointments.

Can you or anyone else think of a way to do this ?

    Thank you in advance.
