I'm using Beachbody On Demand in my Apple TV. It was working fine for the last 2 months but yesterday, after my iTunes subscription autorenewed, it stop working. Now when I select 'Restore my purchase' the dumb bell/hour glass appears for a second and that's it.
I just restored the ATV to it's factory settings with no different results.
Anyone experience the same or it's an issue with my account?

Having the exact same problem. Suspect it is a Beachbody problem. All other apps working fine. No cure yet, but it is not just you!
Tried deleting the app and putting it back in and a bunch of other stuff. No luck.

OK. Problem solved. I was able to get through to technical support at 1-800-240-0913 option 4 (Tech Support).
For some reason we need to activate the apple TV with a code again. If you hit the top rectangle on the sign in page it will give you an activation code.
You then go to club.teambeachbody.com/activate to put in the code. You need an email and password for your account so you can put in the activation code.
Unfortunately for me and probably others, I don't have an account password as I signed up with my iTunes account. Your iTunes password will not work. So the technical support guy put in the code using just my email and it seems to be working. So I guess the only way to fix it is call the number above. Good luck.

I'll give a call to their support line to have my email added to their list.
I try calling Beachbody they said can't use the subscription via itunes. They want you to use there website instead. They kept blaming Apple and to cancel my subscription and sign up via there website. Told the guy it's Beachbody app why are the allowing it. Not answer. Beachbody is not making my day.

When I did, they were also going to send me to their website to signin with them. I had to explain the person on the phone that they could add my email to their database because I knew the answer as it was posted here. First person transfer me to 'tech support', explained the situation again, and they agree to enable my Apple ID.
It seemed he checked I did purchased my subscription through iTunes. Then he proceeded to ask me for the code from my Apple TV app, and presto!
Don't give up! we already paid!
