Payment method not accepted

My new VISA Gold Debit Card from Bank Mandiri (Indonesia) is not accepted by iCloud. Is there another payment method?

In 2 days (28.02.16) my upgraded 50 GB iCloud space should be paid. If not, my accound will be downgraded to the free 5 GB.

That means that all my Data on icloud will be blocked.

Please help me.

You can also use iTunes Store Gift Card credit to pay for mine. I have over $100 in credit so I'm good to go for a number of years to come.
