Hi LKiwi,

You don't. Pages is a word processing app, and has no email capabilities.

Pages for iOS can insert a copy of the open document into an email message, and send that copy using Mail.

With the document open, tap the Share icon (between the + and the wrench), choose Send a copy, then Pages, then Mail.

Address the Mail document that opens, and add ay text you want to include, then tap Send.

I don't know if iOS includes the ability to compress/archive folders of files, but will request transfer of this thread to an iOS community, where there should be someone more competent and knowledgeable regarding Pages and Mail for iOS. (You've posted this question in the Pages for Mac community.)

THank you for the reply.

I am aware pages is not an email app and the process for sending a single document via email from pages. How ever I have several documents in a folder in pages and wish to send the folder via mail to another person. I cannot seem to find a way to do this??

SOrry for posting in the wrong place and thank you for asking for it to be moved.

thanks

Lyle
