I went through your process and still no change. I can see its sitting in rentals as a grey box with the name of the movie but it doesn't open and hasn't downloaded. I went through the 'report a problem' link that you left which is the best I can do. Appreciate your help, I hope I hear something back. Sort of puts you off renting from iTunes.
