Thanks for contributing to the Apple Support Communities.
It looks like you want to transfer music from your iPod nano to your PC. You may need to use iTunes but your options will depend on the source of the media that's on your iPod.
What I mean by "the source of the media" is better explained in Sync media between your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and iTunes on your Mac or PC:
Media type Transfer method Music purchased from the iTunes Store - Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad or iPod to a computer.
- Download previous purchases from iTunes1 or iTunes Match2, or use Apple Music3.
Music imported from a CD or other source* - Use Home Sharing to access music in iTunes from different computers.
- Back up your iTunes library or use iTunes Match2.
Additionally, if all of the original media that you synced to your iPod nano has been lost (because you don't have access to the computer with the original iTunes library, for example) you can refer to the Recommended reply by turingtest2 in this thread--My computer was stolen. Can I recover my music from my iPod?Best Regards.
