Q: No synchronization between iPhone6Plus and iCloud

I inputed new contact to my iPhone6Plus and it haven't been in my iCloud contact on www.icloud.com and, of course, in my other devices (MacBook and iPad): It is not first time and it is very unpleasant. In my iPhone is synchronization with iCloud ON. Let me know solution.

I see that you are having an issue with your iPhone and iCloud not syncing contacts. I would suggest starting with the following article to get that working again.
