Under iOS 10 and later, you may have removed the app.

If so, to add it back:

Open the App Store app > search for "watch" > add Apple's app to your iPhone.

Options for moving the Watch app to a different location on your iPhone Home screen include:

- Find the app manually on your iPhone > touch and hold the icon until it jiggles > drag it to your Home screen, then release it > press the Home button when you have finished reorganising apps.

- With your iPhone connected to your computer, find and relocate the app icon using iTunes: within iTunes, select iPhone, then click on Apps.

- Reset your iPhone Home screen layout to factory settings: go to Settings > General > Reset > tap on Reset Home Screen Layout. This returns the Home screen and apps to their original layout. All apps are removed from any folders that you may have created (folders are deleted) and the original wallpaper is also restored. Apple apps (including the Watch app) will then be listed first, followed by third-party apps.
