Payment method declined after switching to iPhone6s?

None of my payment methods are being accepted. Everything was working properly until I started using my new iPhone. Ive checked all across the planes and everything appears to match up, name , address, zip, even the card is the same. I've been racking my brain over this for hours, please help.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1
