how to sync my fitbit to my apple watch

The Fitbit app presently only syncs with Fitbit's own line of activity trackers - it does not presently include support for Apple Watch.

Take a look at the SyncSolver apps. One syncs from the FitBit to Health and the other from Health to Fitbit. I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but, depending on what you want to do with the information, it may get you some of what you need.
