What can happen if I reset my iPhone with iCloud Backup, but i later change to iTunes Backup?

I am going to reset my iPhone 5s. I want my Activity and Health Data back. I forgot my Encrypted iPhone Backup on my iTunes. So I'll use iCloud to backup all my data and restore using iCloud after I reset my iPhone.

But after i have done my reset, i want to change back again to iTunes backup again. What can be a problem after changing from iCloud to iTunes backup?
