Listening to audio sent via email

Does it not play?

I have a work exchange account on my 6S and I'm able to open a voicemail email and listen to the wav file.

Have you done any troubleshooting?

My friend is having the same issue.

After doing the latest iPhone update iOS 9.2.1 my friend is unable to listen to voice memos. The voice memos are sent and received via iMessage but when the phone locks the message pauses. To continue to listen to the message the phone has to be unlocked. She has tried emailing it to herself and the same thing happens.

Is there anyway to change the phone settings to stop it from doing this?

Any help would be fantastic.

I just noticed this issue today as well. Same goes for listening to any audio stored in the icloud folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated
