Deleting Library/Cookies/com.apple.appstore.plist. Where do I find this file to delete it?

According to TechTool Pro I have a corrupt file - /user/(my name)/Library/Cookies/com.apple.appstore.plist. Where do I find this file to delete it?

Choose Go to Folder from the Finder’s Go menu and paste in ~/Library/Cookies/ as the path.
