CyberDuck is a FTP/SFTP client. Since you mention SSH in the subject I assume you want the SFTP option.

In that case just enable System Preferences -> Sharing -> Remote Login

This will start up the SSH/SFTP daemon and you can now connect to your machine using CyberDuck.

If you want remote users to connect you'll need to configure your router to forward port 22 to your system. Check your router's documentation on how to configure its port forwarding.

Once setup, any SFTP client should be able to connect, PC and Mac alike.

If you only have a single public IP address your only option is to forward different ports to different machines, assuming your router supports this.

Pick three port numbers - say, 2001, 2002 and 2003. Forward port 2001 to Mac #1, port 2002 to Mac #2 and port 2003 to the PC.

Now you can choose which machine to connect to based on the port number you select.

As for the PC question, I have no idea. I don't know what file sharing options Windows comes with, other than I know it doesn't ship with SSH.

If you want to just browse your PC from your iMac you will need to install Cygwin with SSH Server on your PC. This will allow you to ssh into your PC from your mac or sftp with Cyberduck. You can also setup secure keys for better security. This is assuming that you can get to the PC network from a VPN connection or directly from the local LAN. If you can, you don't need to worry about port forwarding.

If you want to be able to remotely control your PC from your iMac you will need to install Ultra VNC Server on your PC and a VNC client on your iMac like Chicken of the VNC. This will allow you to remotely control your PC just as if you were sitting in front of it. The setup here is a little more complex. The full version of VNC Server may be required depending on your situation.
