How can I extract and use the driver "exe" to communicate and load a Excel file "cvs" into my Amateur Radio Transceiver?

I am using a Mac Mini running OS 10.11.3 (El Capitan) processor 2.5 GHz intel Çore i5. With 16 GB ram at 1600 MHz kDDR3. I have down loaded the program I need and have used my (Mac) excel program to load the cvs program spread sheet. However, the driver is contained in a "exe" formate and I cannot or my Mac cannot extract to use this program. This driver is necessary to allow communication between my radio transceiver and Mac. The only option I see is to acquire a windows laptop to allow the use of this application Unless there is a bootable program that I can toss on a external hard drive and then use Bootcamp? Help please.

MacBook Pro, Actual sys is 10.9 (Maverick

An exe file is a Windows executable file. You can install Windows on your computer using Boot Camp Assistant or using a virtual machine like Parallels, Fusion, or VirtualBox. You would then run the exe file in your installed Windows.

Hey there, Thank you all for your responses. I had the idea I could install or partition my HD for windows and use bootcamp or 3rd party software but re-reformatting my HD is out of the question. Could I do this, install windoz on an external drive? Then use 3rd party like boot camp from my main drive to operate wondoz from the external drive?? That would save time and effort (?) ?
