Can I update my OpenGL to the latest version on my old Mac Pro running OS X 10.7.5

I have an old 2004 mac pro. I am running Mac OS X 10.7.5. With a 2 x 2.66 Ghz Dual-Core Xeon. My graphics cards (multiple) are NVIDA GeForce 7900 GT 256 MB. An app is telling me to upgrade to at least 2.1 of OpenGL.

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.8)

Probably not without work. Or without wholesale replacement.

This enclosure from circa 2004 would have been a Power Mac with a PPC processor, such as the G5. Not Intel. That's not upgradable, and can't run 10.7.5. So you're probably not using a 2004-era box here.

Mac Pro (Early 2008) model identifier Mac Pro3,1 and later can be updated to El Capitan, assuming sufficient memory and free space.

The earlier Intel Mac Pro boxes cannot be upgraded past 10.7.5.

Neither the Apple OpenGL support not the capabilities table indicates any support for your graphics controller (at all), which implies it'll need to be replaced. (There's no indication of support for support of an NVIDA GeForce 7900 GT with the Mac Pro, for that matter.)

Please confirm your model year and the specific graphics controller.

OK, so the software I wanted to install cannot work on this machine. I would love to upgrade the motherboard to one that I could get a newer version of OS. I would really love to afford a new machine, but at Mac prices, I can't. So that leaves me with a new question:

What software can download NCAA videos? Such as from http://www.ncaa.com/video/trackfield-outdoor-women/2015-05-23/diii-outdoor-track -field-day-three-full-replay ? I figured the only way to get a clip of my kid running was to screen capture. But...
