Q: how to stop iphone 6 facetime auto call out?

My friend has a problem with his iphone 6, facetime is frenquently self call out and the calculators is having ghost typing, is this a sign of virus infections or other issues like touch screen static ? Please help, thanks !

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2, My PC is running Windows 7 Pro
