These tools are not applicable to the question at hand. The OP is asking about Apple Music. Apple Music is a streaming service. The music does not live on the device unless offline playlists have been set up. The link I provided explains how to access Apple Music and playlists from any device. Syncing and extraction of data does not apply here.
